ABOUT SEGA Recruitment and Selection The SEGA SCHOOL students will be recruited primarily from rural areas of great need within adjacent regions of Morogoro, Iringa, Dodoma, Arusha and Lindi. The following process will be used: Step 1: Recruiters will solicit applications from eligible girls through providing informational materials and application forms to district social welfare departments, primary schools, school committees and relevant organizations throughout the targeted geographic areas. Step 2: Following receipt of applications (due at the end of September each year), an initial shortlist will be made, and candidates requested to sit for an exam. Step 3: Following examination results, a subsequent short-list will be developed, and follow-up interviews conducted. All exams and interviews will be held in decentralized areas throughout the targeted regions, to ensure that all interested and eligible students can access exam and interview sites. Back to top
