Her mom and brother took it to the top of Mt Kilimanjaro in August 2009, shown here on the summit. Their climb up Kili was part of a fundraiser for the school. Sega girls on Mikumi Park field trip, sponored by Kennett Meeting, July 2009 The Sega Girls School students visited Mikumi National Park in July 2009, with support from Kennett Meeting in the USA. The trip was a great success, with sightings of lions, elephants, buck, hippo, crocodile, giraffe, wildebeest, zebra, buffalo, and snakes! Thank You Kennett Meeting Jachel Dickinson, a volunteer who came to the Sega Girls School for 10 days in month of July 2009; Rachel Dickinson, age 17, visited the Sega Girls School from July 13-21. She worked with the students on English language skills, helped them translate a drama they had written into English, taught them some new sports, learned some new Tanzanian dances, and did some videotaped interviews of students.
